Shipping & returns
Every announcement is drawn and lettered for your family, so here’s how long it takes, how it ships, and what we do if something goes wrong.
Turnaround
- Your proof: emailed within 2 business days of your order.
- Digital files: emailed once you approve your proof.
- Prints and frames: ship within 5 business days after you approve your proof.
- Need it sooner? Choose a rush order: proof the next business day, and printed orders ship within 3 business days of approval.
Shipping
- Cost: standard shipping is $10 per package, or $20 for a 16×20 or 24×30 frame. Digital copies have no shipping.
- Packages: cards, framed keepsakes and unframed prints are made separately and each ships in its own package. An order with cards and a frame is two packages, and they may arrive on different days.
- Expedited shipping: $25 per package, or $40 for a 16×20 or 24×30 frame. Choose it when you order, and each package is delivered within 2 business days once it ships.
- Your ZIP code: shipping is figured from the ZIP code you enter when you order, and your total shows before you pay.
- Delivery time: most printed orders arrive 9–15 business days after you order. That is up to 7 business days to proof, approve and print, then 2–8 business days in the mail, depending on where you live.
- Carrier: FedEx or USPS. We email you a tracking number for each package.
- Where we ship: all 50 US states.
- Lost packages: if tracking shows no movement for 10 days, email us and we’ll reprint and resend.
Refunds, reprints & cancellations
Before you approve your proof: ask for changes until it’s right, and cancel for a full refund at any time.
After you approve your proof: because every announcement is custom, we can’t refund it once it’s approved and printing has started. Please check every name, date and measurement. We print exactly what you approve.
If something’s wrong: if there’s a printing mistake on our end or your order arrives damaged, we’ll reprint and reship it at no cost to you. Email a photo to contact@blueprintbabies.com within 14 days of delivery.
Wrong address: please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it once you send the right address, at the shipping price for one package.
