Terms of sale
The short version: we make exactly what you approve, it’s yours to print and share, and the drawing stays ours.
Baby Blueprints is a trade name of Deep Roots Tech LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Pompano Beach, Florida. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Deep Roots Tech LLC doing business as Baby Blueprints.
Orders and proofs
- When you place an order, we email you a proof to review before anything is printed.
- You’re responsible for checking the names, dates and measurements on your proof. We print exactly what you approve.
- Colors can look slightly different on screens and on printed paper.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and listed on our pricing page.
- Shipping is charged per package: $10 standard ($20 for a 16×20 or 24×30 frame), or $25 expedited ($40 for those frames). Cards, frames and prints ship in separate packages. Your shipping total, figured from your ZIP code, shows before you pay. Digital copies have no shipping.
- You pay securely through Stripe when you place your order.
Delivery
- We ship to all 50 US states. Delivery times on our shipping page are estimates, and the carrier’s delays, weather and other things outside our control can make a package late.
- Please check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you give us.
The artwork
- The blueprint drawing, the building-spec jokes and the lettering are the copyrighted work of Baby Blueprints.
- Your order gives you a personal license to print, frame and share your announcement. It may not be resold or used to make other products.
Refunds
- See refunds, reprints & cancellations.
- If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is to reprint it or refund what you paid for it, as described there.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
- We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
